Introducing SRKI Library:

The Shree Ramkrishna Institute of Computer Education and Applied Sciences Library is a valuable resource for students, researchers and faculties of Computer science, Microbiology, Biotechnology and Environmental Science. From 1999 to till date the library has built a strong collection of books, current subscription to national and international journals and newspapers, and many other resources like student's project reports, research thesis, CDs, DVDs etc.

Considering the importance of computerization of library, our library is automated by using "SOUL" software.

Institution library has a membership of BCIL- Biotechnology Club, INFLIBNET-N-LIST (e-resources) and National Environmental Science Academy. Students get library assignments as per their curriculum. They refer the library books, reference books; journals etc. during this period and get credit as per their credit based curriculum.

We organize book exhibition every year. Books of various subjects and general books for enhancing the reading habit of students are kept for exhibition.
We have different section of Reference books, General Books, Women Empowerment & Competitive Exams.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00pm

In general, the Library offers following facilities and services:

Rules:

• Compulsory to have Identity Card.
• Maximum two Books allow at a time for one week.
• Fine for late submission of books for first week is Rs.1/- per day and after that Rs. 3/- per day.
• The student is liable to replace the book if any book is damaged or lost.
• Project report, seminar report, reference books and Question paper sets will not allow taking outside the library.
• Silence must be observed
• Mobile strictly prohibited.
